Artist's Description
In Jan.. 2021 I painted/drew everyday of the month with the ever so popular Strada Easel Challenge. I wanted to do every paintings with oil paints and a palette knife. All paintings are to be done from life. I was happy that almost all the paintings were completed outdoors and only a few indoors but still from life. I enjoyed the challenge and can't wait for the next one.
About Terry Chacon
Terry is from Redlands, CA and a national award-winning artist. Terry's artwork is in private collections in over 25 countries. She continues to sculpt in ceramic and bronze and does commission pet portraits in her studio. She began her love for art as a young girl working in ceramics with her mother who also loved creating art. Art has always been a part of Terry�s life. As a breeder of top winning Afghan Hounds for over 43 years, her dogs have been her inspiration in her paintings and her sculptures. She interjects whimsical qualities in her artwork, capturing the spirit and the almost human like qualities of her animals in real life situations.
